Firefighter Challenge 2005: Square to Square Charity Cycle Challenge 2005

In May 2005, seven Firefighters completed a 1,014 mile trip from St Thomas' Square, Newport, Isle of Wight, UK to the Old Town Square, Prague, Czech Republic, in 14 days.

The challenge raised £10,000 and was divided between Macmillan Cancer Relief for the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Wight Kidney Patients Association and the Fire Services National Benevolent Fund.

There are rumours of another Square to Square Charity Cycle Challenge in 2008.
